After logging into the system, you can set your own status from the section under your name at the bottom left. The statuses are as follows:
| Online | Online | General Online status. |
| Online | Whatsapp Online | Agent is available to take coversations on Whatsapp Channel. |
| Offline | Offline | General Offline status. |
| Offline | Vacation/PTO | Agent is out of the office on paid time off. |
| Busy | Busy | General Busy status. |
| Busy | Researching | Agent is actively investigating a complex issue for a conversation. |
| Busy | Training | Agent is unavailable due to training sessions. |
| Busy | Designing Solution | For agents crafting proposals or solutions. |
| Busy | Reviewing Code | For agents working on technical issues. |
| Busy | Working on High Priority | For urgent conversation requiring immediate attention. |
| Busy | Lunch | Agent is out for lunch |
| Busy | Coffee Break | Agent is out for coffee break. |
| Away | Away | General Away status. |
| Away | On Call | Agent is available for urgent issues but not actively working on coversations. |
| Away | Meeting | Agent is unavailable due to a scheduled meeting. |
