Can I send an automatic reply to the customer who writes outside business hours?

You need to click on ‘Ready Messages’ from the ‘︙’ sign next to your integrated phone number in the Integrations section. You can fill the ‘Out of Business Hours Message’ field here with a desired message content, and you can switch on/off the out of business hours message at any time via the toggle on the right side.
