How do I send a campaign message to the customer?

In the window that opens after following the Campaigns → New Campaign steps from the main screen:

Name: Campaign Name

Type: Campaign Type

CSV File: CSV file containing customer information. Please click on ‘See sample’ for the correct .csv format.

Whatsapp Account: Related phone number

Template: Message to be sent in bulk

These fields must be filled in.
