There are two ways to send a proactive message:
Via Contacts: After selecting the relevant customers from the Contacts tab, click on ‘Send Proactive’ option. Select the relevant phone number and template from the window that opens and send the message. In addition, if the customers are tagged, you can send it to all customers to whom the tag is added by typing ‘Tags.Contains(’related tag‘)’ in the field in the window that opens by clicking ‘Send Proactive’ without selecting the customer.
Via the customer conversation window: When you are already in contact with the customer, you can easily send a proactive message by clicking on the ‘...’ sign at the top right of the conversation window and selecting ‘Send Proactive Message’ from the window that opens.
