How can I see the template preview?

You need to reach the ‘Whatsapp Templates’ page by following the steps Integrations → Whatsapp → ‘Current Phone Number’. You can view the templates by clicking on the template names here. You can also automatically see the preview before sending a proactive message to a person in the conversation.
