How can I create a proactive message template?

From the main screen, you need to follow the steps Integrations → Whatsapp → ‘Current Phone Number’ → New Template. The following information must be entered in the tab that opens:

• Name: The name of the template must be written in unified and lowercase letters.
• Language: Select the language in which the template content will be in.
• Type: There are four different template types: Text, Document, Image and Video. One of these types should be selected according to the content.
• Category: There are two categories, Marketing and Utility. One of these two categories should be selected according to the content.
• Content: Template content is written in this section.
• Buttons: This is the section that allows you to optionally add buttons to your message.
