In the Integrations section, you need to click on the ‘Ready Messages’ section from the ‘︙’ sign next to your integrated phone number. You can fill in the ‘Customer Satisfaction Message & Actions’ field with a desired CSAT message, and you can switch CSAT sending on/off at any time via the toggle on the right side. In addition, the content of the three default options for CSAT can also be changed.
